3. Account Creation and Security

Each member may hold only one registered account on phtaya vip. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in suspension of all related accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. phtaya vip will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization, contact our support team immediately at [email protected] and change your password as soon as possible. phtaya vip may verify your identity before taking any action on account-related concerns.

4. User Obligations and Platform Usage Rules

As a member of phtaya vip, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You must not:

  • Use the Platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity.
  • Attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.
  • Use automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to access or interact with the Platform in a non-standard manner.
  • Open or operate an account on behalf of any third party, or transfer your account to another person.
  • Engage in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated play intended to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content through any communication feature on the Platform.

Violation of any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

5. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals

All transactions on phtaya vip are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits are processed through supported local payment channels including GCash, Maya, online banking transfers, QR Ph, and over-the-counter cash-in partners. All deposits are made to your account for the purpose of gaming activity on the Platform. Deposits are not refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly provided in these Terms. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may require submission of supporting documents before processing is completed.

phtaya vip reserves the right to delay or decline transactions where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Any unused balance remaining in a suspended or closed account will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations and the circumstances of the closure.

Members are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees arising from gaming winnings in accordance with Philippine tax law. phtaya vip does not provide tax advice.

6. Limitation of Liability and Intellectual Property

phtaya vip provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses arising from downtime, technical failures, or events beyond our reasonable control. Gaming outcomes are determined by the underlying game mechanics and involve an element of chance. phtaya vip makes no representations regarding expected results and does not guarantee any winnings.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, phtaya vip's total liability to any member for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All content on the phtaya vip Platform — including but not limited to logos, design elements, software, game interfaces, and written content — is the property of phtaya vip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Members may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written permission.

Third-Party Content

The Platform may contain references or links to third-party services or content. phtaya vip does not endorse or take responsibility for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party service. Accessing third-party content is at your own risk.

7. Account Suspension, Closure, and Applicable Law

phtaya vip may suspend or close a member account, with or without prior notice, if:

  • The member has breached any provision of these Terms.
  • The account is involved in suspected fraudulent activity, abuse, or unauthorized use.
  • The member has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
  • Regulatory or legal obligations require the Platform to restrict access.
  • The member requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.

Changes to These Terms

Governing Law
